babylon11 provides real-time messaging, optional AI translation, voice messaging, and voice calling. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

7. Voice Calls and Messages

Voice features require microphone access and a compatible browser/device. Call quality depends on network conditions. You must not record calls without consent where required by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The babylon11 name, logo, and Service design are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABYLON11 AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless babylon11 from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
